Server log files

Our internet offering is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Strasse 4-6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. This service provider collects and stores the following information automatically transmitted by your end device: IP address, directory protection user, data, time, pages accessed, protocols, status code, data volume, referrer, user agent, hostname accessed.
This data is exclusively collected and anonymously stored for the purposes of optimisation and error analysis. Your data will not be compared with other databases or transmitted to third parties, including in excerpts. The data will be automatically deleted after 60 days at the latest.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 Point b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Data transfer on conclusion of a contract and dispatch of goods

We only transmit personal data to third parties when it is necessary to do so in the context of contract processing, such as to companies entrusted with the delivery of goods, the credit institute commissioned with payment processing, a collections agency or a solicitor. Data is not transmitted to third parties outside of these conditions or is only transmitted with your express consent.
