Wherever validatable sealing processes are a necessity, the polystar® continuous rotary heat sealers in the 981 DSM series are the perfect solution. These machines make sealing, documenting and printing (optional) easier than ever before. Define key sealing parameters using the alphanumeric keyboard and monitor ongoing sealing processes at a glance using the in-process check. Sealing parameters are directly documented with an imprint on the packaging and/or can be recorded on a USB stick or directly on your PC via an RS232 interface. The polystar® continuous rotary heat sealers for sterile films in the 981 DSM series conform to the provisions of DIN EN ISO 11607-2, EN 868-5 and DIN 58953. All sealing processes are automatically monitored by the in-process check. Among other features, the polystar® 981 DSM series includes a rational stand-by function. The transport belts automatically start up only when the goods to be packaged are inserted; when no more material remains to be transported, the belts automatically shut down. However, the pre-selected sealing temperature remains constant so that further sterilised materials can be sealed at any time. The continuous heating and the robust stainless-steel construction facilitate problem-free, round-the-clock use.
